Areas We Serve: One Office, the Whole North Metro, Anywhere in Georgia Online

The Community practices from one office at 320 Maxwell Road, Suite 300, in downtown Alpharetta, and serves the north metro from it: Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Sandy Springs, and Cumming. Telehealth extends everything we do to anywhere in Georgia. This page exists so nobody has to guess whether “near Alpharetta” includes them.

TWO FORMATS, ONE PRACTICE

How Serving Works Here

Every service the practice offers is available two ways: in person at the Alpharetta office, or by telehealth anywhere in Georgia. Individual, couples, and family therapy work identically in both formats. Several groups meet in person in Alpharetta, and three groups meet virtually (The Lunch Bunch, the Tuesday Process Group, and Anger Management), so a virtual seat is a real path for people for whom the drive is the obstacle. For adult clients, individual therapy includes group, wherever you’re coming from.

02
SIX CITIES, SAME MODEL

The North Metro, City by City

THE SERVICE AREA
One office. Six cities in person. All of Georgia by telehealth.
HOME BASE

Alpharetta

The office is in the downtown district on Maxwell Road, and everything on this site happens here first, from individual sessions to every in-person group.

RIGHT NEXT DOOR

Roswell

Served exactly as Alpharetta is: in-person sessions and groups at the office, telehealth when the calendar wins.

IN PERSON OR ONLINE

Johns Creek

Everything the practice offers is open to Johns Creek residents in person or online, including the group-only rate for people who already have a therapist they intend to keep.

THE SAME TWO DOORS

Milton

Milton clients use the same two doors as everyone else: pick a therapist from the team page, or call the main line and be matched, in person or by telehealth.

THE FULL MODEL

Sandy Springs

The full model is available to Sandy Springs: individual therapy at published rates and a group included at the same frequency. A limited number of reduced-fee sessions are available; ask at your consult.

TELEHEALTH FIRST

Cumming

Telehealth is often the practical door: individual work online, with in-person groups in Alpharetta when a room of people is worth the trip.

03
TWO WAYS IN, FROM ANY CITY

Starting Is the Same From Anywhere

Two ways in from any city: read the team page and email a therapist directly, or call 404-590-2993 and be matched. The getting-started page walks the whole path, starting with a free 15-minute consult.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Alpharetta office serves the whole north metro, including Roswell, Johns Creek, Milton, Sandy Springs, and Cumming, and telehealth covers anywhere in Georgia, for individual, couples, and family work alike. Where you live changes the commute, not the care.

Individual, couples, and family therapy are fully available by telehealth anywhere in Georgia. Several groups meet in person in Alpharetta, and three meet virtually, The Lunch Bunch, the Tuesday Process Group, and Anger Management, so distance does not automatically rule out joining a group.

320 Maxwell Road, Suite 300, Alpharetta, GA 30009, in the downtown district, just off Main Street. Suite 300 is the practice’s own space, and the phone line is 404-590-2993, the email is welcome@communityatlanta.com, and practical details like parking are covered when you book your first visit.

Not at launch: all in-person groups meet at the Alpharetta office. Three groups meet virtually, The Lunch Bunch, the Tuesday Process Group, and Anger Management, so a virtual seat is available without the drive.

Yes, by telehealth: individual, couples, and family therapy are available statewide, with the same therapists, the same rates, the same limited reduced-fee sessions, and the same free consult. If a group matters to you, one of the three virtual groups is your path, and screening works identically for a virtual member.
